Let’s be honest. Wine is a topic that can be intimidating and it certainly lacks diversity. The goal of our content is to break down those barriers and create a space for all types of wine lovers because wine is for everyone.
About Desiree
When I started my wine journey in 2017, I was desperate to find a community that felt welcoming. I didn’t grow up around wine, and it felt scary to enter the wine industry as a newbie. After years of studying wine through books, travel, and certification courses, it is my goal to be the resource that I wish I had. You can even take a class with me.
Facts about me:
- I have a Level 3 Certification from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and I am working on completing the WSET Diploma.
- I have traveled to 13 countries, most of which have been with the goal of exploring wine regions.
- Chocolate and Coca-cola are my guilty pleasures.
- I am always going to choose the DIY option, from home improvement projects to beauty, I’ll figure it out!
